Provides one-on-one assistance to help individuals build skills, maintain routines, and increase independence. Services are tailored to personal goals and support success in daily life.
Community Based Supports
Assists individuals with developing daily-living skills and increasing independence at home and in the community. Services focus on building routines, strengthening abilities, and supporting personal goals.
Respite
Offers temporary relief for caregivers while ensuring individuals receive safe and supportive care. Services provide stability, comfort, and continuity in the absence of the primary caregiver.
